All services provided by
Alexram Webhosting
may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or
presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any
United States/Canada Federal, State or City law is prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material
we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade
secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless Alexram Webhosting
from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the
subscriber or any other party.
All pornographic content
and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all
Alexram Webhosting
servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to
adult content elsewhere.
Also prohibited are
sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be
damaging to Alexram Webhosting
servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials
are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable
content or links
Alexram Webhosting
will be the sole
arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Commercial Advertising – E-mail
Spamming, or the sending of
unsolicited e-mail, from a Alexram Webhosting
server or using an e-mail address or domain that is maintained on a
Alexram Webhosting
machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited.
Alexram Webhosting
will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this
provision.
IRC
IRC or IRC bots may not be
operated on our servers at this time.
Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or
cause harm to a server or customer of Alexram
Webhosting
is strictly prohibited.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to
refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Change of Policy:
Our Policies may be
changed on time to time basis without any prior notification.
30-day Money Back
Guarantee:
Each of our
webhosting accounts carries a 30-day money back guarantee. If you
are not completely satisfied with our webhosting services within the
first 30 days of service, you will be given a full refund of the
initial amount billed excluding any setup or domain registration
fees.
Bandwidth &
Utilization:
Alexram Webhosting's
“storage" offer is to provide our customers with storage space and
bandwidth for active Web pages and cannot be used as a "storage
space" for electronic files. An example of sites that fall under
"electronic storage" are large archives of images, compressed files,
movies, or sound files. All HTML pages MUST be linked to files
(HTML, .jpg, .gif, etc.) stored on
Alexram Webhosting's
server and vice versa.
The storage and distribution of MP3 format files via the
Alexram Webhosting
network is
prohibited.
Alexram Webhosting
does not permit sites where 30% or more of the monthly traffic is
from file downloads.
In fairness to other virtual server users, exceptionally busy sites
exceeding the above stated limit, must be either moved to a
collocated server or just removed from the
Alexram Webhosting
servers.

dedicated servers of Alexram Webhosting
must adhere to the above policies.
